At IMDEX, we're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.

As Delivery Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in turning strategic priorities into outcomes. You will balance effective governance and transparency with the agility and judgement needed to maintain momentum, navigate complexity and get things delivered.

About the Role The Delivery Manager leads the delivery of a portfolio of approved and prioritised initiatives across IMDEX, spanning independent and interdependent work of varying size and complexity.

You will provide leadership and direction to delivery teams, ensuring they remain focused on agreed outcomes and are equipped to navigate competing priorities and delivery challenges.

Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you will oversee portfolio planning, resourcing, governance, risk and delivery performance, while helping to continuously improve how we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the IMDEX portfolio.
- Lead, coach and support delivery teams to perform at their best.
- Remove obstacles and make timely, risk-informed decisions to maintain momentum.
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, building trust and alignment across the business.
- Drive consistent delivery through the governance framework and support its ongoing maturity.
- Manage portfolio resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Partner with business leaders to align project outcomes with strategic objectives.




- Improve delivery practices and ways of working to accelerate time to value.
- Foster a culture that challenges the status quo, tests new ideas and learns quickly.

About You

You are an experienced and influential delivery leader who knows how to bring structure to complexity while keeping people focused on outcomes. You are comfortable working across organisational boundaries, navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions to keep delivery moving.

You bring strong delivery and governance experience, but you are equally prepared to challenge established ways of working when there is a better way to achieve the outcome.

You will bring

- Significant experience leading delivery in complex business or technology environments.
- Experience leading and developing Project Managers, Business Analysts and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management and delivery frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Strong commercial judgement, analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- The ability to balance disciplined delivery with agility, pace and pragmatic problem-solving.
- A continuous improvement mindset and experience improving delivery practices and ways of working.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the judgement to adapt your approach when needed.
