POSITION SUMMARY

- Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and operates efficiently throughout each service period.
- Prepare and present food to the highest standards, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Understand guest requirements and contribute to exceptional dining experiences with every service.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of all food and beverage service periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and functions.
- Maintain strong food safety, hygiene, and Marriott brand standards.
- Ensure food is portioned and presented with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support stock rotation, inventory control, and waste minimisation initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the wider culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent industry qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar culinary role.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences.
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Eagerness to develop and progress your culinary career.
- Self-motivated, driven, and energised by a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a team-focused approach and a can-do mindset.
