About the Role

Are you the kind of person who remembers names, enjoys helping others, and can turn a busy day into a positive experience for everyone around you? As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while helping our practice run smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and making them feel comfortable and cared for
- Managing appointments, recalls, and scheduling
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Coordinating treatment appointments and patient communications

About You

You'll be someone who

- Enjoys working with people and providing outstanding customer service
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Brings a positive attitude and a robust team spirit
- Has reception or administration experience (dental experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- Dental Assisting experience and wanting a change in role.
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems
