Candidate Requirements To be considered for suitable opportunities, candidates will generally demonstrate the following:

- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a current visa with full-time working rights. (visa sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates following the successful completion of a probationary period,



subject to the individual service, role requirements and eligibility criteria. Sponsorship is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed)

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF)

- Current Child Protection Training and demonstrated knowledge of child safety, mandatory reporting obligations and relevant child protection legislation and practices.

- Relevant experience within an Early Childhood Education and Care and / or OSHC setting

- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills

- Capacity to lead, mentor, and support early childhood teams effectively

- Commitment to high-quality educational practice and continuous improvement

Desirable Experience (Considered an Advantage):

- Demonstrated leadership capability appropriate to role level (e.g. Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, or Centre Director)

- Experience in service management, regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement processes.

- Experience participating in Assessment and Rating processes.

- Experience developing,



implementing and reviewing Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).

- Strong understanding of operational responsibilities, including staffing, enrolments, budgeting and overall service performance, particularly for senior leadership positions.
