About The Role We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated clinical team at Mitchell House on a Part-Time or Casual basis.

Working closely with Registered Nurses and care staff, you will support positive clinical outcomes, monitor resident wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where residents receive person-centred care and support.

No Two Days Are the Same! As an Enrolled Nurse You Will:





- Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing resident assessments to support individualised care planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Administer medications safely and maintain correct medication records.
- Monitor residents' health and promptly report any changes to Registered Nurses.
- Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- Participate in clinical handovers, care planning discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a protected, respectful, and supportive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

About You You'll thrive with us if you have:

- Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum two years' post-graduate clinical experience, preferably within aged care.
- Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.
- Sound understanding of residential aged care practices and clinical documentation.
- Knowledge of aged care standards and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Required immunisations and a flexible, professional approach to shift work.
