About the role

This is where the action happens. As FUNDAY's Field Activation Representative, you'll be the one who brings every activation to life in store, turning plans into eye-catching displays that are impactful and drive sales. It's a critical role with a real, visible impact on FUNDAY's growth across Victoria, and every store you walk into is a chance to make the brand shine.

You'll report to and work hand in hand with the Victorian Regional Sales Manager, in a streamlined partnership built around one goal: nurturing every store manager relationship through efficient, effective, trustworthy and reliable execution of our commitments. When FUNDAY makes a promise in-store, you're the one who delivers it. It's a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one, and a front-row seat to how a fast-growing, founder-led brand is built across retail.

Our HQ is in Prahran, Melbourne however almost all of the role will be based out in the field.

What you'll do:

Activation & Display Execution

- Display magic - build eye-catching off-location displays that stop shoppers in their tracks and bring every FUNDAY activation to life.
- POS that pops - install point-of-sale on time and on brand, so every promotion lands in-store exactly as planned.




- Shelf perfection - keep FUNDAY on planogram, rotated and fully stocked, with every bag facing forward and looking its best.

Store Relationships

- Store manager champion - be the friendly face of FUNDAY in-store, building genuine, trusted relationships through regular visits and always doing what you say you'll do.
- RSM partner - work hand in hand with the Regional Sales Manager, following through on every commitment we make to our retail partners.
- Brand ambassador - share the FUNDAY story with store teams, bringing the energy and product know-how that keeps our range front of mind.

Compliance & Insights

- Eyes on the ground - check ranging, stock levels, pricing and display compliance on every visit, and chase down gaps fast.
- Picture-perfect proof - capture photos of every display and report back, so the whole team can see the wins in real time.
- Field intel - share what you're seeing in-store - from activity in the category to shopper reactions - to make the next activation even better.

Additional Duties & Field Support

From time to time, responsibilities may vary depending on business needs, promotional activities and priorities. The Field Activation Representative may also be required to assist with:

- Promotional activations - supporting the setup and execution of larger in-store activations, product launches and promotional displays.
- In-store sampling - assisting with product sampling activities to drive brand awareness and encourage customer trial.
- Retail compliance checks - conducting store visits and compliance checks across other key retail partners, to ensure products are ranged, stocked, correctly priced and presented to brand standards.




- General field support - assisting the wider sales and marketing team with additional in-store activities and projects as required.

Flexibility, a proactive attitude and a willingness to assist across different areas of the business will be important aspects of this role.

- Sales or grocery experience is a plus - any background in sales, merchandising or the supermarket world will help, but it's not a must. Attitude matters more to us than a specific logo.
- A people person - confident, friendly and engaging, you build rapport with store teams easily and are reliable enough that they trust you to deliver.
- Field ready - a current driver's licence, and happy with hands-on, physical work on the road across Victoria.
