Role Description The Fleet Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based at Bayford Volkswagen Epping in Epping, VIC. This role is responsible for managing fleet sales opportunities, including prospecting business clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating vehicle delivery. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, explaining product features and pricing, following established sales processes, and maintaining accurate records in dealership systems.

The role also involves providing responsive customer service, resolving inquiries, tracking customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams such as finance and service.





The Fleet

Sales team member is expected to build long-term relationships with corporate and government clients and contribute to sales targets and dealership performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Fleet Sales experience, including managing corporate and business accounts and meeting sales targets.
- Solid understanding of Sales Processes, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client needs.
- Effective Communication skills, including transparent verbal communication, professional email correspondence, and confident presentation abilities.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or fleet management is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and work collaboratively within a dealership team.
- Proficiency with CRM or dealership management systems and basic office software.
- Valid driver’s licence and eligibility to work in Australia.
