Jabiru Property Services (JPS) is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead the organisation's operations, financial sustainability, governance and future growth.

Reporting directly to the Board, you will provide executive leadership across housing and property services, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, financial management and organisational performance. This is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact while supporting the long-term sustainability and prosperity of the Jabiru community.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall operations and performance of the organisation
- Drive strategic planning and business development initiatives
- Manage financial sustainability, budgets and reporting
- Oversee housing, tenancy and property management services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community, government and industry stakeholders
- Support the Board through effective governance, compliance and risk management

About You

You will bring

- Proven senior leadership experience




- Strong commercial, financial and operational capability
- Experience working with Boards and governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience in housing, property, community services, local government or a related sector
- The ability to work effectively in a regional or remote workplace
