Role: HSE Advisor
Location: FIFO - Various locations across Western Australia
Roster: Various rosters including but not limited to 8/6 and 2/1
Industries: Resources | Construction | Mining | Civil
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical, on-site HSE support and guidance to personnel and leadership.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits and field observations.
- Support HSE management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate incident investigations and follow up corrective actions.
- Engage with employees and contractors to promote safe work practices and WHS compliance.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety communications.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
- Previous industry related FIFO or remote site HSE experience in mining, resources, construction or similar high-risk environments.
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and industry practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s licence and white card
- ICAM or similar investigation training
- Lead auditor (desirable)
- Working at heights and confined space experience (desirable)
- Current First Aid & CPR (highly regarded)
