Are you a passionate nail technology qualified looking for your next move? This is your opportunity to step into a meaningful education role and become an Industry Mentor.

Ulleo is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging nail skilled to support students across our Nail Technology short courses, including areas such as manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, salon hygiene, client care, and industry best practice.

You’ll guide students through their learning journey, offering feedback, answering questions, and sharing your real-world experience through live events and one-on-one sessions.

Whether you’ve mentored before or this is your first step into education, we’ll support you in making the transition.

What You’ll DoStudent Support, 90%





- Respond to student questions on our learning platform.
- Mark assignments and provide meaningful, constructive feedback.
- Host online course events, such as live Q&As;, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Facilitate one-on-one student sessions offering industry insights, technical guidance, and career advice.
- Assist with planning and developing event resources such as slides, demonstration notes, or podcast talking points.

Collaboration & Reporting, 10%

- Flag any concerns about student progress or engagement.
- Collaborate with Ulleo’s Head of Operations to improve delivery and student outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance course content, resources, or student support.

About You

- 10+ years of experience in the nail technology, beauty, or salon industry.
- Actively working in the industry.
- Relevant qualifications in nail technology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail health, hygiene, client consultation, and salon standards.
- A passion for education and mentoring the next generation of nail professionals.
- Confident communicator and tech-savvy, including Zoom, learning platforms, and online communication tools.
- Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check, WWCC.
- Hold or be willing to obtain public liability insurance.
