Blackwoods is seeking a customer-focused Site Facilitator (VMI) to support key customers across the Wagga Wagga region. In this hands-on role, you'll manage inventory solutions, replenish stock, maintain vending machines, conduct stock takes and build solid customer relationships across multiple sites.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, travelling between sites, solving problems and working closely with customers in industrial, engineering or mining-related environments.

What You'll Be Doing

- Visit customer sites to replenish, monitor and manage inventory levels across VMI and vending solutions.
- Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
- Process customer sales orders and ensure timely product supply.
- Manage vending machines and implement scanning solutions to improve efficiency.
- Monitor stock performance, identify slow-moving items and support inventory optimisation.
- Deliver exceptional onsite customer service and resolve customer enquiries and issues.
- Identify product improvement and sales opportunities and refer leads to the Sales team.
- Liaise with Inventory Solutions, Operations and Sales teams to maintain service levels.
- Ensure compliance with site-specific HSE requirements, inductions and company procedures.
- Prepare data, reports and insights to support customer and operational outcomes.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Experience in customer service, warehousing, inventory management or sales support.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with site leaders, purchasing teams and end users.
- Product knowledge within industrial, engineering, safety or trade environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload across multiple locations.




- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
