About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Key Account Coordinator to join our Fertilisers team.

Reporting to the Manager Customer Experience Specialists, you will support key corporate accounts, including Nutrien and Elders, through customer service, commercial administration, reporting and order management. You’ll help strengthen customer relationships, support business growth and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage key account administration and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate quotations, contracts, orders, deliveries, payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate reporting, dashboards and rebate reconciliations.
- Analyse sales performance and identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and varied internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate across business functions to support customer outcomes and service continuity.
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

About You You are organised, customer-focused and proactive,



with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You will bring

- Experience in customer service, commercial administration or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience with corporate accounts, SAP, Power BI, reporting systems or supply chain operations will be highly regarded. Why Join Ridley?
