CJC is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and business growth activities across the infrastructure, engineering and construction sectors.
Working closely with Business Unit Leaders, technical specialists and key stakeholders, the Marketing Specialist will undertake market research, support marketing planning, develop client focused marketing content and contribute to the positioning and promotion of our services.
The role will also support targeted campaigns, market opportunities and proposal activities to strengthen our market presence and support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research market conditions, client needs, competitor activity and emerging industry trends
- Analyse market intelligence and client feedback to identify market opportunities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, plans and programs
- Develop marketing content including capability statements, presentations, case studies, proposals and promotional materials
- Develop client focused value propositions and messaging for target markets and sectors
- Maintain consistent brand positioning across marketing materials
- Coordinate targeted marketing campaigns and market facing initiatives
- Support proposal and tender activities as part of broader marketing and business growth initiatives
- Maintain client, market and opportunity information within CRM systems
- Monitor marketing activities and prepare reports to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content and systems
About You
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline
- Relevant professional experience in marketing or a related commercial role
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Strong written communication and content development skills
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience within engineering, infrastructure, construction or professional services will be highly regarded
