WE'RE HIRING – Leading Hand / Site Supervisor

Paradise Project Group is a growing Sydney builder delivering residential, industrial and commercial projects.

We're open to two levels of experience:

Leading Hand – $85,000 – $95,000

A trade-qualified carpenter or leading hand who knows how a site runs and wants to move towards project management and get more experience.

Site Supervisor – $100,000 – $115,000

An experienced carpenter, supervisor or early-career foreman who can run their own sites from day one and is open to taking on project management.

Both roles include

- Vehicle allowance
- Flexible working arrangement
- Real autonomy over your own sites
- A explicit path to senior management as we grow

We're after people with an ownership mindset who take pride in their work, aren't afraid to get stuck in and want to grow with a young, ambitious business.

Send your CV and tell us which role suits you to [email protected], or message me directly on 0420 974 074.

Know someone who'd be a great fit? We'll pay a $500 referral bonus if we hire them and they complete 3 months with us.
