You crave a career that pushes you, where you'll meet challenges head on and you're guaranteed to grow.

This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering enterprise-wide end-user technology initiatives. This role will see you lead one or more complex projects from initiation through to operational transition. You will drive delivery across areas such as endpoint security, Intune, identity and access management, device refresh programs, virtual desktop solutions, managed print services and Windows deployments.

You will bring together technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements. Operating in a fast-paced environment where projects are gaining momentum, you will provide strong governance, manage risks and issues, oversee financial forecasting and ensure solutions meet the needs of end users.

We have 1 permanent opportunity and 1 x temporary opportunity until 31/03/2028. These roles operate within our hybrid working model, requiring 50% workplace attendance. The home base for this role is Macquarie Park, with flexibility to work from other office locations at times. Team collaboration days are generally on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

About You

You are a highly experienced Project Manager with demonstrated experience delivering End User Services (EUS) and workplace technology projects in large, complex environments. Your background will include delivery across one or more EUS domains,

such as Microsoft Intune and endpoint management, Windows and device lifecycle/refresh, Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies, Active Directory/Entra ID, identity and access management, virtual desktop environments, mobility, managed print, audio visual and meeting room technologies, or end-user support services.

You combine strong project management fundamentals with sufficient technical understanding to challenge proposed solutions, ask the right questions and drive delivery across multidisciplinary technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. You are confident engaging senior stakeholders and bring proven experience across project governance, planning and scheduling, financial management and forecasting, RAID management, vendor management, change, and operational readiness.

You hold a recognised project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent, which is an essential requirement of this role.
