Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Katoomba, NSW.

The Project

Manager will oversee façade framing projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design, engineering, and supply teams, monitoring project progress, and addressing any issues that may impact quality or schedule. The role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders,



preparing project documentation and reports, and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and safety requirements.

The Project

Manager will also optimize project workflows and support continuous improvement across project execution.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Skills in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Experience with Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance across project phases.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate supply chains and on-site deliveries.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in façade systems, prefabrication, or construction projects is highly regarded.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build collaborative client relationships.
