Property Development Executive

PKG CIRCA $225,000 PLUS BONUS

We have been retained by a highly successful and long- established private property group to recruit a Property Development Executive who will assist the development team in managing the planning and development of its comprehensive and diverse asset portfolio. Location : near Sydney CBD

Increased activity in the current portfolio ,due to class 2 residential development projects reaching advanced stages of project development ,has led to the creation of an exciting chance for an enthusiastic and ambitious property development executive to join the small development team. The role reports principally to one Senior Development Manager. Duties will comprise the full spectrum of the development process including:-identifying and assessing new opportunities; preparing feasibilities; negotiating with statutory authorities; dealing with multi-disciplinary external consultants; and project management.

This role forms part of a small head office team who work closely together in a harmonious ,industrious and dynamic environment

Ideal candidates will have the following profile: -

· Tertiary qualified, together with innate intelligence, drive and determination





· Relevant property industry experience derived in one of the following areas:-construction; engineering; architecture; valuation or project management, incorporating or followed by at least 8 to 10years in residential property development in NSW, preferably with end to end life cycle experience in mixed use, high density projects

· Previous exposure to the construction process and experience in dealing with councils in securing complex DA’s and working with SSDA/State Significant Zoning

· Able to work proactively, with minimal supervision, in an extremely busy environment

· Superior interpersonal / communication and spreadsheet skills

· Other attributes sought are flexibilty, tenacity, resilience, high levels of EQ and energy
