Role Description The Regional Manager – North Queensland Region is a full-time, on-site role based in Townsville, QLD. This position is responsible for leading branch and regional teams, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring secure, efficient, and profitable delivery of equipment hire and integrated solutions across the region.

The Regional

Manager will develop and implement operational and sales strategies, manage budgets and performance targets, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and safety culture. Day-to-day activities include coaching and mentoring leaders, managing key customer relationships, coordinating resource allocation,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves collaborating with other regions and corporate functions to align local performance with national goals and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, branch management, or regional management within equipment hire, construction, industrial services, or a related sector.
- Proficiency in operational management, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, customer relationship management, and contract or project oversight.
- Commitment to safety and risk management, with the ability to lead WHS initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and customer groups.
- Proven ability to drive change, implement process improvements, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in standard business software and systems; experience with ERP or fleet management systems is advantageous.

- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the North Queensland region as required.
