Role Description The Sales Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Murarrie, QLD. This role involves greeting clients, supporting private showroom appointments, and guiding customers through suiting options, fit, and styling recommendations.

The Sales

Assistant will assist with measurements, coordinate fittings and alterations, manage suit hire and made-to-order processes, and handle point-of-sale transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining showroom presentation, organizing inventory and bookings, and providing responsive follow-up communication to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.



The role also supports promotional activities, contributes to sales goals, and collaborates with the team to maintain the company’s service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport and provide a welcoming, professional client experience.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and confident presentation when advising on fit and style.
- Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and support the completion of sales.
- Organization Skills to manage appointments, suit bookings, inventory, and follow-up tasks with attention to detail.
- Interest in menswear, fashion, or tailoring, with a willingness to learn suiting styles, fits, and fabric options.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic measuring tasks in a showroom environment.
- Previous retail, fashion, or customer-facing experience is highly regarded.
- Availability to work peak trading hours, including some evenings or weekends, as required.
