Over the Fence Group is looking for Casual Sales Assistants to work with brands at the intersection of lifestyle and performance. This is a excellent opportunity to be part of the team in our first retail location in the heart of Fitzroy. We’re looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.

You will be at the centre of our first retail location providing a warm, personalised shopping experience. With a mix of client-facing and operational tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while learning key behind-the-scenes responsibilities that contribute to a flourishing Retail store.

Key Responsibilities

- Be a brand ambassador for our
lifestyle and performance

- brands that Over the Fence Group represents, delivering an elevated standard of service and creating memorable customer experiences
- Provide friendly, one-on-one service across all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms and POS
- Deliver a premium fitting room experience, offering personalised advice and care to every customer
- Build genuine relationships with customers that foster loyalty and repeat visits
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising standards that reflect the brands we represent
- Support operational tasks, including stock management, replenishment and floor readiness
- Accurately process customers transactions with care and attention to detail

What are we looking for?

- At least one year of experience in a premium or luxury retail role




- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create genuine connections
- Experience working across multiple areas within Retail, including fitting rooms, stock and sales floor
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday, if required)
