We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join a digital agency serving businesses across Australia.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SEO, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies based on each client's business goals.

- Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy and Research
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Develop SEO strategies based on client industries, target audiences, competition, and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and attract relevant traffic.
- Technical and On Page SEO
- Conduct website audits and identify technical issues affecting crawling, indexing, performance, and search visibility.
- Optimise website structure, metadata, headings, internal links, and content.
- Understand structured data, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals.
- Work with developers when technical changes are required.
- Content and Market Research
- Develop content strategies based on search demand, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Understand Australian industries, competitors, and customer behaviour.
- Ensure website content is relevant to Australian audiences and uses natural, appropriate Australian English.
- Performance and Lead Generation
- Use Google Search Console,



Google Analytics 4, and relevant SEO tools to monitor performance.
- Analyse organic traffic, keyword performance, user behaviour, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve website enquiries and lead generation.
- Prepare performance reports with meaningful insights and clear recommendations.
