We're Hiring: Security Engineer – Red Team / Purple Team

Location: Brisbane

We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer with solid Red Team and Purple Team expertise to simulate real-world cyberattacks, validate security controls, and strengthen threat detection across cloud, infrastructure, and endpoint environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct adversary emulation and offensive security engagements.
- Build and maintain red team infrastructure and Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) capabilities.
- Validate security controls, detection mechanisms, and logging to identify and close security gaps.
- Use AI and automation for attack-path analysis and risk prioritisation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve security controls and remediation.




- Map attack techniques to the MITRE ATT&CK; framework.

Essential Skills:

- Hands-on experience in red teaming, exploitation, C2, and attack-path analysis.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, and endpoint security.
- Experience with detection engineering, logging, BAS, and MITRE ATT&CK.;
- Proficiency in Python and security automation.
- Understanding of security testing rules of engagement.
