The Role The Senior Technical Business Analyst, Product & Delivery is responsible for connecting Sales, Product and Engineering, and turning business needs and customer commitments into clear, actionable delivery requirements. The role supports requirements discovery, backlog development, project kick-offs and delivery execution across software, AI and cloud platform initiatives.

The focus is on the software, platform and AI layers of Sharon AI’s neocloud environment, rather than physical data centre construction. The role is allocated across the product squads (0.5 FTE per squad) and cross-functional projects, and supports Delivery Leads, Product Managers and engineering leads through execution.

The role reports to the internal PMO and works in a fast-moving, product-led environment, promoting lightweight, practical Agile ways of working.

What You’ll Be Doing

Requirements & Product Discovery

- Work with Sales, Product Managers, architects and engineers to understand business needs, product requirements and customer commitments.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to clarify scope, constraints, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
- Translate requirements into epics, user stories, technical requirements and delivery-ready backlogs.
- Identify requirement gaps, assumptions and risks early, and support prioritisation and refinement with Product Managers.

Delivery Mobilisation & Support

- Organise and facilitate project kick-offs with clear objectives, ownership, milestones and dependencies.
- Support sprint readiness, backlog refinement and Agile planning.
- Maintain requirements,



decisions and traceability in Jira and Confluence.
- Coordinate requirements and dependencies across software, cloud, platform and operations teams.
- Track open questions, requirement changes and technical decisions.
- Support testing, acceptance criteria, release readiness and operational handover.

Continuous Improvement

- Improve requirements quality, documentation standards and backlog practices.
- Use AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation and meeting follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 5 – 8+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst in software engineering, cloud platforms or technology product delivery.
- Proven experience working with Sales, Product Managers and engineering teams.
- Strong ability to translate complex requirements into epics, stories and acceptance criteria.

Core

- Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
- Technical curiosity and confidence working directly with engineers and architects.
- Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and product operating models.

Technical

- Advanced Jira and Confluence.
- Writing epics, stories, technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Software engineering, cloud platform and AI delivery concepts.
- Requirements traceability and backlog management.

Eligibility

- Ability to work across technical, commercial and operational stakeholders in a rapidly scaling business.
- Eligibility to work in the nominated employment jurisdiction.
- Ability to satisfy applicable customer or government screening requirements where required.
- Demonstrated commitment to information security,



confidentiality and professional integrity.

Nice to have:

- Experience in neocloud, GPU cloud, AI infrastructure or SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, containers, APIs, microservices and cloud-native architecture.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, model deployment, inference services or MLOps.
- Knowledge of cloud provisioning, orchestration, IAM, monitoring and platform operations.
- Experience using Claude, Copilot, Rovo or similar AI tools.
