About Sharon AI
Sharon AI is an Australian neocloud, delivering trusted AI infrastructure organisations need to build, train and run AI at scale. We support customers across the full AI lifecycle, from training through to inference and agentic AI, drawing on a strong ecosystem of technology and co-location partners to deliver capability where it’s needed. As the first neocloud to join NVIDIA’s AI Compute Program, we’re growing quickly, scaling our AI Factory platform to meet rising demand for advanced compute.
The Role The Senior Technical Business Analyst, Delivery Intelligence & Automation is responsible for modernising and automating delivery management across Sharon AI’s internal technology portfolio in the CTO Organisation. The aim is consistent, trusted delivery information for Delivery Leads, Product Managers and leadership with less manual effort.
The role reports to the internal PMO and supports the squad Jira spaces, the shared label scheme (win, blocker, hotspot) and weekly and board reporting.

- Connect Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams and other approved sources to reduce manual reporting.
- Use AI tools such as Claude, Copilot and Rovo to generate delivery summaries, surface risks and flag inconsistencies.
- Introduce automated checks for missing information, stale updates and overdue actions.
- Work with the central Data & AI team on integrations, architecture and security.
- Establish reusable reporting templates, data definitions and documentation.
