About Techionics

Techionics is a global CDN provider delivering fast, secure and affordable content delivery for high-traffic platforms, including video streaming, games, software distribution and large-file delivery. With PoPs worldwide, built-in DDoS protection and customers saving up to 80% on CDN costs, we're growing fast and looking for a Server Management Engineer to help keep our network fast, reliable and secure.

What you'll do

- Deploy, configure and maintain Linux servers across our global PoPs
- Monitor server health, performance and uptime, and respond to incidents on a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Manage caching, load balancing and traffic routing for high-volume content delivery
- Implement and maintain DDoS protection, firewalls and security hardening
- Automate routine tasks with Bash or Python scripts
- Handle backups, updates, patching and capacity planning
- Support customer onboarding and migrations to our CDN
- Document processes, configurations and incident reports

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in Linux server administration (Ubuntu, Debian or CentOS)




- Hands-on experience with Nginx or other web servers and reverse proxies
- Solid understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana or similar
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

Nice to have

- Experience with CDNs, video streaming (HLS/m3u8) or high-traffic infrastructure
- Knowledge of DDoS mitigation and network security
- Experience with Docker, Ansible or other automation tools
- Experience with bare-metal or dedicated servers and NVMe storage
- Relevant certifications (RHCSA, LPIC, CCNA or similar)
