The role

We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our growing Brisbane + NNSW service team of seven technicians. Reporting to our National Service Manager, you'll be responsible for service quality, team performance and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of commercial accounts.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows pest control, knows how to get the best out of a field team, and takes pride in delivering what we promise to our customers.

What you'll be doing

- Culture-driven Leadership, coaching and developing your team of pest and hygiene technicians
- Ensuring services are delivered on time, to standard and in line with contract requirements
- Working with our scheduling team to manage workloads, routes and productivity
- Building strong relationships with key customer contacts and resolving issues quickly
- Supporting customers through site audits and maintaining accurate service records and reporting
- Conducting quality checks and field audits with your team




- Driving safe work practices and WHS compliance
- Recruiting, onboarding and training recent technicians
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and working with our sales team, including visiting clients and potential clients

What you'll bring

- Strong pest control experience, ideally in commercial environments
- Proven experience leading or supervising a field-based team
- A current QLD pest management licence with sensitive and high risk authorisation desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sound understanding of compliance, documentation and audit requirements
- Good organisational skills and comfort using technology (experience with scheduling or pest management software is a plus)
- A current driver's licence
