We're excited expand the team and hire a Multi-Site Space Coordinator to work across our locations. This is a hands-on role that ensures our spaces are welcoming, events run smoothly, and members receive the high level of service WOTSO is known for. It could be ideal for anyone ready for a role that blends people, sales and administration, whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, or customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Front of House & Member Experience

- Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests
- Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude
- Support members with general enquiries (in person, phone and email)
- Onboard new members and help them feel at home from day one
- Assist with member tours

Space Presentation & Admin

- Daily set up and pack down of the space
- Book and set up meeting rooms




- Manage stock levels, consumables and site orders
- Keep kitchen and communal areas well stocked and presentable ️
- Assist with community events and activations
- Create graphics using Canva (training provided)
- Support Instagram posting and other local marketing initiatives
- Jump in where needed - no job too small

About You

- Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service
- Warm, personable and quick to build rapport with members and guests
- Adaptable and comfortable working across different spaces, teams and routines
- Organised, reliable and good at juggling tasks
- Comfortable moving around the space and hands-on throughout the day
- Open to travelling between our Sydney locations (travel expenses covered)
