- Journal preparation and posting: agreed
- Balance sheet reconciliations: agreed
- Month-end and year-end close support: agreed
- Financial controls and ledger management: agreed
- Variance analysis: not essential but good to have
- Stakeholder management: not essential but valuable to have
- Advanced Excel skills: not essential but good to have
- Preferred qualifications (e.g., CA/CPA): CPA or equivalent qualification if remote.
- Years of experience expected? Approx. 4-5 years in a similar role across Financial Accounting or Operations.
