About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior KOL & Strategic Partnerships Specialist to independently develop and manage influencer partnerships across international markets.

This role requires hands-on experience in influencer marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results. You will own the entire partnership lifecycle, from creator sourcing and negotiation to campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimisation.

This is a Hybrid position working 3 days in-office on Sydney and 2 days from home.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on KOL/influencer marketing experience, preferably working with finance, investing, Forex, CFD, or trading-related creators.
- Proven experience independently managing end-to-end influencer partnerships, including sourcing, negotiations, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Demonstrable campaign results, supported by examples of audience growth, brand awareness, traffic, lead generation, or ROI.
- Robust knowledge of influencer ecosystems across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Telegram.
- Experience developing creator briefs, reviewing content, and managing campaign deliverables.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, including budgets, contracts, payments, and partnership cost evaluation.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships independently.

Highly Valued

- Existing network of finance/trading KOLs across LATAM, MENA, Europe, or Southeast Asia.
- Experience with Forex/CFD brokers, financial services, or trading platforms.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and referral programmes.




- Experience organising webinars, livestreams, community activations, or ambassador programmes.
- Knowledge of financial advertising compliance and influencer marketing regulations.
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, or Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

- KOL Sourcing & Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with relevant finance and trading influencers. Build and maintain an active creator pipeline across priority markets.
- Content Strategy & Campaigns: Develop creative briefs and oversee influencer content across brand awareness, product marketing, SEO visibility, and campaign amplification.
- Community Growth: Develop long-term collaborations, webinars, livestreams, educational content, and community activations that drive engagement and qualified audience growth.
- End-to-End Execution: Independently manage contracts, budgets, invoices, payments, publication schedules, deliverables, and content approvals.
- Performance & ROI: Define and track campaign KPIs, analyse traffic, engagement, registrations, acquisition outcomes, and cost efficiency to optimise partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Marketing, Social Media, Product, Finance, and Compliance teams to align influencer initiatives with broader business objectives.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first three months, you'll be expected to independently build a qualified KOL pipeline, execute high-quality creator collaborations, demonstrate measurable campaign results, and establish efficient processes for partnership management and reporting.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take full ownership of the KOL programme, and deliver results working independently.
