M.J. Bale is looking for an energetic, positive and self-motivated Store Manager to lead our Myer Sydney concession.

We're looking for someone who brings a little personality to everything they do – someone who's happy-go-lucky, loves building relationships, thrives on achieving sales targets and knows how to create an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day success of the concession, balancing a strong sales focus with exceptional operational standards.

You'll lead from the front, motivate your team and create an workplace where both customers and team members enjoy being part of the M.J. Bale experience.

- A proven background in retail sales, with a strong ability to drive results and achieve targets.
- Solid operational experience, including stock management, inventory control, visual merchandising and administration.

- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to take ownership and work autonomously.
