An exciting opportunity to lead Farage's new Melbourne boutique and play a key role in our continued expansion.

Farage is an established Australian fashion house recognised for contemporary tailoring, refined design and exceptional personal service.

As we prepare to open our new menswear boutique within David Jones Chadstone, we're seeking an experienced, commercially driven Store Manager to lead our founding Melbourne team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is more than a traditional retail management position. It's an opportunity to establish Farage in a new market, build a loyal client community and take ownership of a boutique from its opening.

You'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, leading and developing your team, and delivering the highly personalised service experience that defines Farage.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and commercial growth.
- Build meaningful client relationships through personalised service, styling and clienteling.
- Establish Farage's presence within the Melbourne market and David Jones environment.
- Maintain exceptional standards across visual merchandising, presentation and boutique operations.
- Champion our collections, tailoring expertise and Made to Measure offering.

We're looking for a confident, engaging retail leader who combines strong commercial instincts with a genuine passion for fashion and exceptional service.

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience in retail management within premium or luxury fashion.
- A proven ability to drive sales, develop teams and deliver results.
- Strong relationship-building and clienteling skills.
- An appreciation for menswear, tailoring, quality and craftsmanship.
- A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to take ownership of a new boutique.
