Company Description

LVP is a boutique mid-market private equity firm based in the Sydney CBD. We invest across private equity, capital solutions, impact and growth, and real assets, with a focus on helping mid-market Australian and New Zealand businesses grow. We are a small, close-knit team where everyone’s contribution is visible and valued.

The firm also operates the LVP Foundation, which supports life-changing educational opportunities for disadvantaged children, aiming to help more than 1,000 children access learning.

The role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised Team Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and to provide business and personal support to one of our Managing Partners.

This is a varied, hands-on role. Events and catering

- Order catering for team events and board meetings
- Plan and run quarterly team events, from budget and venue booking through to the day itself

- Manage offboarding, including desk take-down and making sure all equipment and access passes are returned
- Run regular stock takes of IT equipment and order replacements as needed

Travel

- Book and coordinate domestic and international travel for staff, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and itineraries, in line with LVP’s travel policy

Team support

- Take on ad hoc requests from across the team with a willing, flexible approach
- Look for ways to improve and simplify office processes, including through AI and digital tools
