We’re looking for a Team Leader – Therapeutic Services to support and develop our team of specialist Counsellor Advocates working with children, young people and adults affected by sexual assault, as well as their support networks.
You’ll also oversee therapeutic services and interventions for children and young people displaying harmful sexual behaviours.
You’ll be the kind of leader who understands that excellent therapeutic practice starts with a team that feels supported, connected and confident in the work they do.
You’ll bring experience leading therapeutic specialists, together with a strong understanding of sexual assault, family violence and complex interpersonal trauma.
