Performance Membranes Australia (PMA) distributes Pro Clima's airtight and weathertight building systems, along with cavity closers, OSB3, wood fibre board and SPAX screws. Our business is built on education, technical support and sales, and our mission is to help transform Australia's built environment one high-performance building at a time.

We're hiring a Technical Sales Representative / Merchandiser to own and grow our key merchant accounts across Victoria, including the Bowens, TTHG and HBT networks and independent partners.

In this role you'll:

- Be the main contact for your stores and build lasting trade relationships
- Grow sales through range expansion, upselling and cross-selling
- Drive in-store presence through merchandising, POS and promotions
- Train store teams so they can confidently sell high-performance building products
- Report on account performance,



competitor activity and market insights
- Develop into delivering installation training and support industry events

You'll bring:

- 2+ years in sales or merchandising, ideally in construction or building products
- Experience managing trade or retail accounts (Bowens, Mitre 10 networks a strong plus)
- Robust communication skills, attention to detail and good organisation
- A driver's licence and comfort with regular travel
- A passion for high-performance construction, or the curiosity to build one
