The Opportunity A newly created role reporting to our National Warehouse &

- Service Manager, the VIC Warehouse &
- Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, equipment servicing, and maintenance across our network of 20+ sites, and growing in Victoria.

This role provides leadership to a team including a Senior Service Technician and Service Technicians, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all related functions while meeting both internal and supplier KPIs and SLAs.

Based at our Port Melbourne warehouse, you will oversee servicing, spare parts replenishment and holdings, reporting, warehouse and logistics management, WHS and compliance, team training, and other tasks required to support Revo’s Victorian footprint and ongoing expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

People Leadership

- Lead and support the warehouse and service team across Victoria, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
- Deliver regular training to build team capability and drive productivity across your Service Technicians and Warehouse &
- Service Coordinator.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and ongoing support to achieve consistent results.

Warehousing &

- Logistics Management

- Own Revo’s Victorian warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring correct equipment usage and compliance sign-off including VOCs, SOPs, and checklists.
- Coordinate stock, orders, and deliveries with internal and external stakeholders to maximise efficiency.
- Oversee receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of all orders and deliveries, maintaining adequate stock to support Revo’s clubs.




- Manage inventory and supply chains aligned with company KPIs and supplier SLAs.
- Conduct stocktakes as required, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
- Optimise warehouse layout for efficiency, space utilisation, and WHS compliance.
- Maintain inventory and asset management systems to monitor warehouse status and forecast needs.
- Ensure health, safety, and waste management compliance, including stop-work procedures when required.
- Develop and implement warehouse and service policies in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Maintenance &

- Servicing

- Ensure your team prioritises and efficiently allocates repair, maintenance, and service requests, with parts on hand to meet service KPIs.
- Manage costs associated with repairs, maintenance, and servicing to ensure optimal performance and value.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies and schedules for gym equipment, ensuring documentation is completed and filed on time.
- Oversee gym equipment installations, defits, builds, relocations, refurbishments, and activations in a timely, protected, and cost-effective manner.
- Streamline parts and service procurement to identify cost and operational savings where possible.

About You

- Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations, with exposure to facility and building maintenance
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills,



with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory reporting tools
- Solid understanding of warehouse WHS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Advanced prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt quickly as the business grows
- Willingness to travel between Revo sites across Victoria as required
- Cert IV in Warehousing (desirable) or equivalent industry experience
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and forklift licence (both required)
