We're growing our Workday team at xAmplify!

We're on the lookout for an HCM or PATTS all-rounder to join us as we continue to build our Workday practice.

We're building something very exciting in the Workday space! Our Workday practice is growing, backed by a broader business with capability across AI, automation, cyber security and enterprise technology. It's an opportunity to get involved early, work on meaningful projects with large Australian organisations, develop your skills and help shape the practice as we grow.





We're not looking for someone who ticks every box, but if you the right attitude, a good foundation and the ambition to grow with us we'd love to connect! Ideally, we're looking for people with around 2–5 years of experience who understands how HR operates in large organisations or have been involved in technology and transformation projects. You might be working in HR operations, supporting an enterprise HR system, or have experience delivering projects and want to take the next step into consulting.

We're more interested in finding someone who can solve problems, understands business processes, enjoys working with people and is keen to learn.

- Australian Citizenship
- An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance, or the ability to obtain one

Location We’re flexible! If you’re in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Perth you’ll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices but we also welcome candidates from locations across Australian. Our team operates on a hybrid work model, so you will have the ability to work from our office, client sites (as required with your allocated projects) or from home. Engagement Type For this role we are seeking individuals seeking to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis or contract.
