Role DescriptionThe client is seeking an experienced Test and Assurance Manager to support a complex systems integration setting involving multiple interconnected projects, platforms and technology capabilities.

The role will support the design, development, planning, execution and reporting of Test & Evaluation (T&E;), Verification & Validation (V&V;) and assurance activities, ensuring systems are effectively integrated and meet applicable requirements, interfaces and standards.

The broader project environment includes several specialist areas:

- Validation & Test: System-of-systems integration, T&E;, V&V;, experimentation and management of representative integration and test environments.
- Digital Design: Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), architecture, standards management, system baselines and system-of-systems design.
- Integration & Technical Advice: Analysis of system dependencies, interfaces, integration risks, security considerations and alignment with engineering frameworks.
- Systems Engineering: Systems integration, technical assurance, engineering analysis, design and technical assessment.
- AI Governance & Assurance: Governance and Testing, Evaluation,



Verification and Validation (TEVV) of AI-enabled capabilities, including assessment of performance, limitations and risks.

Test & Evaluation ScopeSpecialist T&E; activities include:
1. Experimentation and Developmental T&E;
2. Operational testing and trials
3. Acceptance, compliance and performance testing
4. Cyber T&E;
5. System integration and interoperability testing
6. Verification, validation and technical assurance

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Test and Assurance Manager will:
- Develop and manage test strategies, plans, methodologies and T&E; activities.
- Coordinate V&V;, integration, acceptance, compliance and assurance testing.
- Manage testing across complex system-of-systems environments.
- Ensure appropriate requirements traceability, test coverage and verification evidence.
- Identify and support resolution of integration issues, technical risks and system dependencies.
- Coordinate test environments, technical teams, projects and technology providers.
- Analyse results and produce test reports, assurance findings and recommendations.
- Provide evidence-based test outcomes to support engineering, integration and project decisions.
- Engage with client stakeholders, project teams, engineers and ICT providers to ensure system alignment and integration readiness.
