About The Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales within your territory and developing relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Developing new business opportunities within your territory
- Managing and growing existing customer relationships
- Promoting and selling your designated product range
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable equipment solutions
- Preparing quotes and negotiating sales
- Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and following up opportunities
- Keeping up to date with market activity and competitor movements
- Working closely with internal Sales, Parts and Service teams




- Representing the business at customer visits, industry events and product demonstrations
- Achieving agreed sales targets and objectives

About You We’re looking for someone who is confident, driven and comfortable building relationships out in the field. Ideally, You Will Have

- Previous territory, equipment or B2B sales experience
- Experience within construction, earthmoving, heavy equipment, industrial or marine industries, depending on the role
- A demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow a territory
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A proactive, results-focused approach
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
- A current Australian driver’s licence

Previous experience selling capital equipment, machinery or marine products will be highly regarded.
