We’re looking for a capable and hands-on Supervisor to lead one of our crews.
Reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day team leadership with a strong focus on safe operations, production reliability and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help ensure our teams deliver on production, quality, and safety targets.

About you You’ll bring a practical, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to lead a crew in a energetic heavy industrial environment. You Can Demonstrate
- A strong commitment to Environment, Health & Safety
- Confident communication and the ability to collaborate at all levels
- Experience leading teams in a production or industrial setting
- Solid planning, organising and decision‑making skills
- A customer‑focused mindset and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Competence using Microsoft Office and SAP
- Certificate IV in Frontline Leadership (desirable)
