We're looking for talented and personable individuals to join SOBOTA as Retail Sales Stylists across our two Karratha locations.
Full time employment is preferred, however we're also open to part-time and casual arrangements for suitable candidates. We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress into senior retail or leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with sales and provide thoughtful product recommendations to customers
- Provide styling advice and support to customers
- Visual merchandising
- Stock management
- General store operations
- Work across both Karratha locations
- Work across weekdays and weekends on a fortnightly roster
About you
- Personable, kind, confident and naturally skilled at building relationships with customers
- Genuine interest in fashion with a good eye for styling
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Reliable, professional and take pride in your work
- Comfortable with teamwork and initiative
- Previous fashion retail experience is advantageous but not essential
- Willing to work across both Karratha locations with availability across weekdays and weekends

Availability & Applications
We operate on a fortnightly roster, with shifts across weekdays and weekends. We understand that individual availability and commitments can vary and are happy to discuss suitable arrangements.
