Our client is looking for Full Stack Software Engineer/Engineering Manager who enjoys building well-designed, scalable digital solutions and working closely with clients, product teams and technical stakeholders to solve real business problems.

You may be an Engineer, Senior Engineer, Technical Lead or aspiring Forward Deployed Engineer with experience across modern application delivery and a strong foundation in backend engineering, frontend development and API-led integration.

About you:

You’ll be someone who is curious, pragmatic and delivery-focused — comfortable switching between hands-on engineering, solution discussions and stakeholder collaboration to help shape and build the right outcome.

What you’ll bring:

Engineering & delivery

- Strong software engineering experience in Java/C# and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience building full stack applications, including responsive user interfaces, backend services and API integrations
- Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, clean code practices and secure development standards
- Experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with additional languages or frameworks such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python or Node.js is highly regarded
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS,



Azure or GCP, including deploying and operating modern applications in cloud environments
- Understanding of solution design, systems integration and application architecture, with the ability to contribute to technical design decisions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control and contemporary engineering toolchains
- Strong estimation, planning and delivery skills, with the ability to break down work and contribute to agile delivery teams
- A quality-focused mindset with experience in debugging, performance optimisation and building reliable, maintainable software

Consulting & stakeholder engagement:

- Confidence engaging with stakeholders to clarify requirements, explain technical concepts and support effective delivery outcomes.
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
- Interest in working in client-facing environments and growing into Forward Deployed Engineering roles, with training and support provided.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to AI-enabled applications, developer productivity tools or LLM-based solutions is a plus, but not essential
