This professional services business is looking for a Company Accountant to join their fun and outgoing team of 30 staff. This role offers variety and the autonomy for you to make role your own and enjoy being part of a fun and friendly team.
The Role
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the business, using MYOB, you will be 'hands on' in all aspects of:
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and compliance
- Oversee weekly and monthly payroll using Astute
- Supervise a part-time payroll officer
- HR administration
About You
- Proficient accountant with 5 years’ experience or more
- Background in a small to medium professional services firm
- Use your accounting qualification
- Solid MYOB and payroll systems knowledge
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the business Director
- Play a key role in the financial management of the business
