- Fantastic earning potential with a growing plumbing business

- Full-time permanent employment with long-term career opportunities

- Varied maintenance work, supportive team and company vehicle

Workforce Extensions Geelong is pleased to be partnering with Total Plumbing Solutions to recruit experienced and motivated Qualified Plumbers to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

We're particularly interested in speaking with plumbers who have experience across general plumbing maintenance, repairs, servicing and fault-finding, and who enjoy the variety and independence that comes with working across different sites and customer requirements.

Whether you're an experienced maintenance plumber looking for a fresh opportunity or a qualified plumber wanting to further develop your skills in maintenance and service work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

As a Qualified Plumber, you'll be responsible for completing a variety of general plumbing, maintenance and repair works across different customer sites. While the role offers exposure to different areas of plumbing, previous maintenance experience will be highly regarded, particularly for applicants who are confident diagnosing issues and working independently.

Your responsibilities may include:

- General plumbing maintenance, servicing and repairs.

- Diagnosing and repairing water leaks, burst pipes and plumbing faults.

- Blocked drains, toilets and sewer maintenance.

- Hot water system repairs, replacements and installations.

- Tapware, fixtures, fittings and general plumbing replacements.

- Water supply, drainage and wastewater maintenance.

- Gas plumbing and maintenance, where appropriately licensed.

- Completing plumbing work across residential, commercial and industrial properties.

- Communicating with customers, assessing their requirements and providing practical solutions.

- Preparing job information, documenting completed works and assisting with quotes where required.

- Working alongside other tradespeople and supporting junior team members when needed.

We're looking for someone who can approach their work confidently, identify problems and deliver quality outcomes without requiring constant supervision. For applicants with previous leadership experience or an interest in progressing into a supervisory position, there may also be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as the business continues to grow.
