About the role
We are seeking a site supervisor with strong residential volume supervisor experience to join our growing team and help deliver high quality homes to our clients across the Brisbane/Moreton Bay region. The role will involve working on townhouse sites as well as residential homes.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
- Manage trades, suppliers, and construction sequencing
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Conduct quality inspections at key construction stages
- Maintain site safety and compliance with WH&S; requirements
- Collaborate closely with internal construction and office teams
- Source trades as required
About you
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor
- Experience in Mixed density/Townhouse sites required
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and Australian Standards
- Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Onsite Companion or similar
- Current driver's licenc
