Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee trade lettings, procurement schedules, and sub-contractor scopes.
- Manage variations, progress claims, and cost forecasts.
- Handle RFIs, design changes, and technical documentation.
- Administer head contracts and manage sub-contractor accounts.
- Track project budgets and financial reporting alongside project leads.
- Support site teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

What You'll Bring:

- Experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction.
- Proven track record on interior fitout and refurbishment projects.
- Strong skills in trade procurement, scope preparation, and cost control.
- Solid understanding of local WA building standards and contracts.




- Clear communication and sub-contractor negotiation skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
