- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams without direct line authority, establishing clear expectations, ownership and accountability to drive timely completion of deliverables.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance:

Partner with executives and senior leaders to ensure projects remain aligned with business strategy. Prepare and present project updates at Stage Gate forums to support informed decision-making and secure business approvals.

- Supply Planning & Impact Analysis: Provide analytical support to the Supply Planning team for existing product changes, assessing planning data to understand and quantify impacts across Sales, Supply, Inventory and other relevant channels and functions.

- Inventory Transition Management: Coordinate inventory transitions and stock run-down plans across markets and channels to minimise write-offs, claims, returns and other financial impacts.

- Risk & Financial Management: Proactively identify, assess and escalate risks relating to quality, regulatory compliance, supply, cost and timelines, including cumulative liabilities across multiple projects. Quantify and monitor potential P&L; impacts, keeping Inventory, Demand Planning and Finance teams informed of emerging risks and mitigation plans.

- Change Control & Documentation: Manage change controls, standard operating procedures, implementation documentation and associated administrative requirements to ensure changes are properly documented, approved and executed.

- Product Change & Cutover Planning: Drive cross-functional alignment on hard versus soft change decisions, implementation timing, cutover plans and stock management implications, minimising disruption to supply continuity, customers and consumers.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central coordination point across Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, Marketing and Commercial teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned priorities and coordinated execution across projects involving multiple business units.
