QA/QC Administrator

Mining Technologies | Bunbury | Permanent - Full Time

RCR Mining Technologies is looking for QA/QC Administrator to join our Bunbury workshop on a Permanent - Full-Time basis. This is a workshop-based role, home every night.

RCR Mining Technologies is a market leader and OEM in the design, manufacture, service, and support of innovative, award-winning materials handling solutions for the mining and rail sectors. Our product range includes apron and belt feeders, conveyors, bucket wheel excavators, stackers, spreaders, in-pit mining units, sizers, scrubbers, and screeners, supported by comprehensive OEM parts, maintenance, and lifecycle services.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior QA/QC Coordinator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures, project specifications, and client requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and document control processes
- Work collaboratively with project, engineering, workshop, and client representatives.
- Set up and maintain project files, registers, and folders in accordance with company systems
- Assist with document control, including issuing, receiving, filing, and tracking project documents
- Maintain document registers (e.g. drawings, transmittals, RFIs, TQs, MDRs) and track status and revisions
- Support project start-up and close-out activities, including document handover and archiving
- Provide administrative support to the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with project and client requirements
- Maintain QA/QC registers and ensure documents are current, approved, and correctly filed




- Assist with the compilation and submission of Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs) and quality handover packages
- Work in accordance with RCR's HSEQ policies, procedures and systems, and contribute to a strong safety culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For (Essential Criteria)

- Analytical and data entry skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with modern IT applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- The right to live and work in Australia on an ongoing basis.
- Current Driver's Licence.

Bonus Points If You Have (Desirable Criteria)

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
