Many of our rental properties are located within the same developments and nearby precincts. This makes open homes and private viewings easier to coordinate, reduces travel between appointments and helps you develop valuable knowledge of the buildings you represent.

We are looking for an organised, approachable Leasing Consultant who enjoys meeting people, showcasing properties and turning enquiries into successful tenancies.

Your role

Working closely with our property management and administrative teams, you will:

- Organise and conduct open homes and private inspections, including Saturdays.

- Present properties professionally and help prospective tenants understand their features, amenities and location.

- Respond promptly to rental enquiries and follow up with interested applicants.

- Process tenancy applications, complete reference checks and prepare recommendations for owner approval.

- Maintain accurate enquiry, inspection and application records.

- Coordinate rental advertising and keep listing information up to date.

- Provide clear updates on inspection attendance, applicant feedback and leasing progress.

- Assist with tenancy preparation and coordinate handovers with the property management team.

About you

You bring:

- A friendly, professional manner and confidence speaking with new people.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Good organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

- The ability to manage appointments, enquiries and application deadlines.

- A proactive approach and motivation to achieve results.

- Availability to work Saturdays as part of your regular roster.

- A current driver’s licence.

- Relevant ACT real estate registration or licensing appropriate to the role, or willingness to obtain it before commencing duties that require it.

Previous experience in leasing, real estate, customer service or sales will be highly regarded.
