We are seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor to support venue management and lead the front-of-house team during daily service.
### Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure consistent service standards.
- Coordinate and direct employees during restaurant service.
- Provide training, mentoring and support to front-of-house staff.
- Manage guest enquiries, feedback and service issues professionally.
- Assist with employee rostering, stock control and operational administration.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue.
- Support venue management in delivering operational and financial objectives.
### Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in a hospitality supervisory or senior front-of-house position.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a hospitality team.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant service procedures and food and beverage operations.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience in premium dining or high-volume hospitality environments is highly regarded.
