We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Group Financial Controller to join our Group Finance team here in Perth.

Reporting to the General Manager - Finance, this is a leadership role responsible for managing the group accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and treasury functions.

About the Role

As Group Financial Controller, you will lead a team of finance professionals and oversee key financial processes across Ramelius. You will play an important role in delivering robust financial governance, reporting accuracy to ASX standards and progressing the optimisation and improvement of financial systems and controls for the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the preparation and delivery of ASX statutory reporting, including annual, half-year and quarterly financial reports.
- Prepare and present Audit Committee reporting papers.
- Deliver the accurate and timely monthly Board financial and operational reports.
- Oversee payroll governance and statutory compliance.
- Manage treasury activities, liquidity, cash forecasting and banking relationships in conjunction with the General Manager - Finance
- Support the delivery of budgeting, forecasting and life-of-mine financial modelling.
- Maintaining production, cash flow and gold reporting processes.
- Working closely with tax, project,



operational and executive stakeholders across the business.

About You

You are a technically strong finance leader who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You enjoy a fast pace of work, and are confident working across multiple stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce and CA / CPA.
- Extensive experience at a senior finance leadership level, ideally as a Financial Controller within the mining industry.
- Confident and prior experience operating within ASX-listed companies and reporting requirements.
- High developed technical accounting knowledge and practical application of Australian Accounting Standards.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring large finance teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- A collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement.
